Brick Tower Press, an imprint of J. Boylston & Company, has acquired the world rights to the Heads of State Books Series by authors Dr. Frederic Teboul and Thierry Pastor. The deal was negotiated by agent Alan Morell of Creative Management Partners LLC (CMP), who also plans to adapt the books into docu-series, documentaries, and feature films. The series includes Unbreakable, featuring President Donald Trump; The Lion of Israel, featuring Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu; and Advocacy for Peace, featuring General Wesley K. Clark (Ret.).
The acquisition signals a growing market for nuanced geopolitical analysis amid polarized public discourse. Publisher John T. Colby of Brick Tower Press emphasized the series' balanced approach: “The Authors offer a perspective that moves beyond traditional divides.” He outlined three pillars: analytical rigor, critical distance, and a global perspective that examines leaders as symptoms of broader transformations in democratic systems and power dynamics. Colby added that the books respond to a demand for nuanced analysis and target geopolitics readers, decision-makers, academics, and a broader educated audience.
General Wesley K. Clark (Ret.), former Supreme Allied Commander, expressed enthusiasm for his contribution to Advocacy for Peace. “My agent, Alan Morell, I endorsed to represent all the HEADS OF STATE BOOK SERIES for submission to Publishers, and pleased the Authors agreed,” Clark said.
Agent Alan Morell of CMP, whose agency represents an elite roster of clients across arts, sports, music, health, wellness, politics, business, and entertainment, noted the series' broader significance: “Ultimately, these are not books about individuals. They are books about an era, and about the profound transformation of how power is exercised in the 21st century.” Morell added that research on other state leaders is ongoing, with plans to make analyses available to the wider public. He stressed that the books are in the public interest, helping readers understand shifting power dynamics in a rapidly changing world.
The authors bring substantial expertise. Dr. Frederic Teboul is a geopolitician, serial entrepreneur, and international civil servant who has led four Nobel Peace Prize-winning positioning strategies for the United Nations (2001), former US Vice President Al Gore (2007), the European Union (2012), and former Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos (2016). He holds a PhD in economic development and an MBA, and serves as president of two corporations and a trusted advisor to governments and foundations worldwide. Thierry Pastor, a spin doctor and political advisor specializing in crisis management, energy geopolitics, and global security, has penned numerous political essays and is regularly consulted on peace-building and good governance.
